As the sun dips behind Koh Phi Phi and the Andaman turns gold, this is where guests naturally gather. Cold drinks, fresh fruit cocktails, the sound of the sea below — no dress code, no rush, just the kind of evening you’ll be talking about long after you leave. Our son Joey is behind the bar, shaking cocktails the way only a Koh Jum sunset deserves.
