Ting Rai Beach is a compact west-facing beach below the wooded hills around Ban Ting Rai. Sand alternates with rocky sections, while mature trees along the shore provide valuable natural shade. A small number of resorts and bungalows are positioned along or above the beach, but the area remains quiet and separated from the island's more accessible southern coastline. The elevated surroundings and open sea view make it a particularly scenic place at sunset.
